有莖上顎洞粘膜反転弁による鼻中隔穿孔閉鎖の一工夫について

THE REPAIR OF OPERATIVE PERFORATION OF THE NASAL SEPTUM WITH A PEDUNCULATED MUCOUS MEMBRANE FLAP MADE FROM THE MUCOUS ME-MBRANE LINING OF THE MAXILLARY SINUS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　鼻中隔穿孔の閉鎖法としては，従来穿孔辺縁に作製せる中隔粘膜弁を利用する方法，下甲介粘膜を利用する方法等が挙げられている。私は最近鼻中隔矯正手術後の穿孔を有茎上顎洞粘膜により，閉鎖せしめ経過良好な症例を経験したので報告する。

Operative perforation of the nasal septum, which in some cases cause an extremely dry throat, was repaired by means of mucous membrane graft taken from the maxillary sinus as a pedunculated flap. The mucous membrane of the maxillary cavity is carefully separated away from the underlying bony wall forming a sack. The bony structures around the natural ostium of the sinus are bitten away for a wider passage; the sack is, then, incised to form a flap which is lead out into the nasal cavity and sutured to cover the perforating area of the septum.
