下咽頭アニサキス症の1症例

Anisakiasis in the Hypopharynx:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　消化管アニサキス症は近年増加傾向にあるといわれているが，その理由として魚介類の生食の機会が増加したこと，また一方で内視鏡検査などの検査機器の進歩，普及などによって診断技術が向上したことなどがあげられている。本症は，現在までに数多くの症例が報告されているが，その大部分は胃，腸などの消化管に発症している例である。

　今回われわれは下咽頭に刺入したアニサキス症の稀な1症例を経験したので報告する。

Hypopharyngeal anisakiasis is a very rare disease in spite of increase of gastroenterological anisakiasis in recent years.

A 43-year-old male complained of general itching, red eruption and pharyngeal pain about four hours after eating raw squid and raw mackered pike. Reddish and swelling at the left piriform sinus mucosa were found, and a white color foreign body was observed in this region. This foreign body was removed under direct laryngoscope, and anisakis was found by the pathological examination.

It was interesting that anisakis can be entered in hypopharyngeal mucosa.
