廣基性下咽頭食道ポリープ症例

緒言

　下咽頭及食道の良性腫瘍の發生は比較的稀と云はれ，G. Kelemenは全咽頭良性腫瘍1.000に付き下咽頭それは1の割合と云ひ，Pattersonは1717年より1932年の216年間の食道良性腫瘍文献症例を集めて61例を得たのみと述べてゐる．今我邦文献中比較的良く記載された症例を，1903年より1947年の45年に亘り求むるに，下咽頭良性腫瘍7例，食道のそれは，18例を集め得たに過ぎぬ．私は最近下咽頭より發生し，その基底が遙に食道壁を下り，上前齒より32cmに及べる良性腫瘍の患者に遭遇し，組織學的に依り炎症性ポリープなる事を確め得たので，こゝに精細を報告し併せて文献的考察を行はんとするものである．

　Author reports a case of inflammatory polyp which occupied an area from the ower portion of pharynx to a considerable extent of oesophageal passage. The growth was removed by external operation on the oesophagus. Areview of literature, since 1903 to 1947 inclusive, is made with findings of 75 cases of lower pharygeal polyp and 18 caees of oesophageal polyp.
