陰茎顆粒細胞腫瘍

A CASE OF GRANULAR CELL TUMOR OF PENIS

　症例は44歳男性。陰茎腫瘤を主訴に来院。初診時に陰茎体部左側に直径約30mmの弾性硬，可動性のない腫瘤を触知した。陰茎体部腫瘍の診断のもとに，周囲の陰茎白膜をふくめて腫瘍を摘出した。白膜欠損部に対しては，グルタールアルデヒド処理馬心膜^1）を用いたパッチグラフトを施行した。摘出標本の総重量は4gで，病理学的診断は顆粒細胞腫であつた。陰茎体部からの発生は，本症例が本邦第1例であると思われた。

A 44-year old man was admitted complaining of a tumor of penile shaft and disturbance of erection. The results of clinical examinations were normal except for shadow defect in carvenography. A hard tumor (25 × 30 mm in size) was located at the base of penile shaft. Under the diagnosis of the tumor of penile shaft, it was removed and a defect of tunica albuginea was repaired by patch of pericardial xenograft treated with glutarardehyde. Pathological diagnosis was granular cell tumor. After operation, his erection improved. At present, there is no sign of tumor recurrence.
