　眼窩腫瘍は現在に於ては必ずしも稀な疾患ではないが今回私は極めて急激な経過を取り再度の手術を行うも再発を繰返し遂に悪液質の為不幸の転帰をとつた1例を経験したので茲に報告する次第である。

The author reported a case of malignant and very rapid growing orbital tumour of a 6-year-od boy. The chief complaint at the first examination was a left slight exophtho-mos which grew more and more and became inmeasurable within one and half month. In spite of the twice operations, the tumour continued to increase and at last the patient died unfortunately due to the cachexie about six months after the first examination. The histological examination revealed that the tumour was malignant glioblastoma mutiforme.
