Ⅰ．緒言
初期にメニエル氏病を思わせる定型的な症状と経過をたどり，各種の検査の結果，椎骨脳底動脈の血栓性疾患であることが明らかになつた症例を経験したので報告する。
A case of thromboangitis of the cervical artery and the arteries at the base of the brain in whom the diagnosis at first was mistaken for Meniere's disease is reported.
