耳鼻咽喉科領域の出血に対するトロスチンM注局所使用経験

ON THE USE OF TROSTIN-M INTRAMUSCULAR BY LOCAL APPLICATION IN TREATMENT HEMORRHAGES IN THE FIELD OF OTOLARYNGOLOGY

　Ⅰ．緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域に於る出血の問題は，その解剖学的特異性より止血操作は困難を極め，適確に止血処置を行なう事は，なかなか難しい事であり，それが為出血と止血に関し，耳鼻咽喉科医は，より一層多くの関心をもたざるを得ない。

　止血剤の研究は旧くより旺んで，数多くの研究が為され，局所使用剤・毛細血管強化剤・全身的凝血促進剤等々沢山の止血剤がある。

In 22 cases of various hemorrhages in the field of ear, nose and throat Trostin-M intramuscular was used by local application; a marked effectiveness was shown 3 in cases, moderate in 18 and no effect in 1 case. No side effect is seen in the use of this agent.
