Recklinghausen氏病にみられた舌神経線維腫の1例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　Recklinghausen氏病の症例報告に関する文献は多数認められるが口腔内の症状を伴った報告例は極めて少い。我々は舌腫瘍を伴った1例を経験したので報告する。

Recklinghausen disease with oral involve-ment is rather rare in occurrence. This dis-ease a familial affection in this case was manifested in a girl, aged 10, with megaloglo-ssia a neurofibroma of the tongue. The tongue was affected with colored spots and its left half showed a gross enlargement with tume-faction; rest of the tongue appeared normal. Diagnosis of this case which was difficult both clinically and histologically, was made after noting numerous cutaneous tumefactions in the mother of the child. The patient was cured by operative treatment.
