慢性副鼻腔炎の手術後におこる眼球運動障害について

　Ⅰ．緒言

　副鼻腔炎とその眼合併症については，すでに増田胤次先生^1）が，第30回，日耳総会の宿題報告で詳細に報告しておられる（大日本耳鼻咽喉科学会会報第32巻第3号第374頁）。

　副鼻腔炎の手術後におこつた眼合併症は，我が国の文献を調べてみると報告例がかなりある。とくに，最近報告された長谷川^2），河野^3），竹中^4），今井^5），池田^6）の報告例をあげることができる。

The question of disturbances that occular movements following operative treatment of chronic sinusitis is discussed from the nature, the time of onset, cause and the method by which such disturbances may be obviated.
