慢性化膿性中耳炎の幼小児難治症例に対する保存的療法について—（その1）強力ネオミノファーゲンCの応用

　緒言

　慢性化膿性中耳炎で，種々，加療を行うも，しばしば，急性増悪を繰返し，我々耳鼻科専門医を困惑させる症例がある。ことに幼小児にはかかるケースが非常に多い。

　さて，第1表の如き慢性化膿性中耳炎の分類表を利用した場合のC群の②およびD群に該当する症例について，今回，強力ネオミノファーゲンC（以下，S. N. M. C.と略記）を投与して，比較的長期に亘る経過を観察し得て，いささかの成績を得たので，ここに報告する。

　The use of Neominophagen C which has an antistress effect appeared to be highly effective in curing chronic otitis media with discharge among children that resisted other forms of treatments administered by specialists elsewhere for periods varying from 8 months to the longest 2 years and 5 months. Twenty three similar cases are reported who showed no recurrence for more than 1 year.
