ろう学校在籍者に対するATP製剤の使用経験（第1報）

　I．緒言

　難聴の治療には迷路液機能障害の立場から脊髄液排除法，移動術，VB₁注入法があり，注射療法にはそれぞれの目的に応じて塩酸ピロカルピンを始め，VA，高単位VB₁，VB₁誘導体，チオクト酸，コンドロイチン硫酸など数多くものが使用されている，しかし何れも決定的なものではなく，更に効果のあるものが望まれている。最近Adenosinetriphosphate（ATP）の作用が解明され難聴療法の一つに加えられて来た。我々もストマイ難聴及びメニエール氏症候群にATP製剤を追試し難聴に対する効果を認めたので，今回ろう学校在籍者のうち鼓膜所見正常の11名を対称に興和新薬提供によるアデホスコーワを試用し，その結果が纒つたのでここに概略を報告する。

　The effect of a tnerapeutic agent Adehos Kowa (adenosine trip hosphate) for improvement of hearing was tested in 11 individuals comprising 22 ears the students of Deaf-Mute School. Each course of treatment was arbitrarily adopted as composing of 20 intravenous injections, each injection comprising of 20mg of adehos Kowa admixed with 20cc of 20% glucose solution. With each individual at least 2 courses of this treatment were given A marked improvement of hearing was seen in 2 cases.
