鼻咽腔形質細胞腫の1症例

　I．緒言

　形質細胞腫は主として骨髄内に発生し，耳鼻科領域に発生する事は稀なものである。耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける形質細胞腫の報告は，1905年Striddeの鼻腔内に発生せるものを始めとして，我国に於ても1914年吉井氏以後十余例の報告を見る。私共も鼻咽腔に発生せる症例に接したので，ここに報告する次第である。

A case of plasma cell tumor of the auditory tube is reported. A man aged 28 was affec-ted with obstruction of the auditory tube for which he was treated for years without any favorable results. Plasma cell tumor was found with tissue examination after surgical removal of the growth; the treatment was followed by X-ray irradiation.
