巨大なる食道ポリープ症例—立木教授開講10週年舘念論文

　緒言

　食道の良性腫瘍は食道腫瘍40例中3例に過ぎなかつたとはMayo-Clinic 1932年の発表であるが，死亡例も報告せられている食道ポリープは，臨床的にも一概に無視し得ないものを含んでおり，著者は偶々秋田県公立大館病院において15年間に数回の剔出を余儀なくされた稀にみる大さの食道ポリープの症例を経験したので茲に報告する．

　KAMIOKA reports that a large esophageal polyp that measured 4×9cm. in dimensions is removed from a patient, a farmer aged 47. During the preceding 15 years similar growths were removed from the esophagus of this patient on 3 different occasions. Microscopically the growth is shown to be a mixture, partly fibroma and lipoma.
