若年者に見られた上咽頭癌腫

　I．緒言

　上咽頭悪性腫瘍の早期診療は困難な場合が多く，特に若年者においては複雑である。又解剖学的関係から頭蓋内に侵入し易く，屡々脳神経症状を呈することも本症の特徴として挙げられておる。吾々は貧血と折々起る鼻出血を初発症状とし，約1年間の経過を以て遂に死亡した若年者の上咽頭癌腫を経験したので報告する。

A case of laryngeal cancer is found in a girl, aged 8 years and 7 months : the youngest individual affected with cancer in the li ter-ture of this country. The child showed sy-mptoms of anemia and frequent epistaxis. The patient died at the end of 1 year after the onset of the symptoms.
