左側頸部腫瘤を主訴として来た「脈無し病の亜型」と思われる1症例

　I．緒言

　左側頸部の腫瘤を主訴とする若年婦人で，腫瘤の状態及び左側声帯麻痺の所見より初診時腫瘍を疑つたが，諸検査及び手術所見より所謂脈無し病の亜型と思われる一症例を経験したので報告する。

The authors report a case of which they consider as an atypical pulsus deletus. Ayoung woman complained of a swelling in the left cervical region. The tumor was removed which measured 2.5×8 cm and had a consiste-ncy of a cartilage in hardness. It was cente-red around the common carotis artery which was completely obliterated and proved path-ologically to be a product of an unspecific inflammatory process. Collateral circulation was well established.
