カクテル麻酔使用経験

　クロルプロマジンの発見以来，本剤の使用は当科領域に於いても急速に導入せられ，所謂カクテル麻酔としての使用報告も少くない^1）2）3）。

　私達もカクテル麻酔として2,3の方法を試みたので報告する。

Favorable results have been attained by use of cock tail anesthesia through either intramuscular or intravenous drop methods in radical sinus operations, mastoidectomies and tonsillectomies, that appeared to be no less effective than other will known methods of anesthesia. No appreciable changes in blood pressure were noted either before or after the operation ; the amount of pain is not increased thereby. The author believes the agent to be an effective means of anes-thesia in the field of otolaryngology.
