Tibione使用中に現われた口内炎に就いて

　緒言

　G. Domagkに依つて創製された新結核化学療法剤Tibione（以下T. と略す）は既に独逸や米国に於て各種結核性疾患の多数症例に応用され，其の効果ある事が認められ，吾国でも早くより各製藥会社より試作製品が提供され，各方面でその臨床実験的研究がなされて来た．T. もP. A. S. やStreptomycinとの併用等により一層効果的であり，耐性にならぬ点や，経口的投与の可能な点や，又安価である点等の利点があるが，一方又副作用の強いのが難点であるとされる．既に欧米や吾国に於ても各種の治療成績と共に之等の種々な副作用や中毒作用が報告されている．

　私は最近T使用により皮膚粘膜症状，口角糜爛，結膜症状及び発熱等の副作用を生じた，所謂Behcet氏症候群を想わしめる比較的珍らしい症例を経験したので次に症例を報告し，今後吾国で盛んに使用される樣になるであろう時の参考に致し度く思う．

　KANEKO notes that, iu the ccurse of treatment with Tibione, his patient developed toxic symptoms that were manifested by skin and mucous membrane reactions consisting of aphthous stomatitis and other oral inflammations, conjunctival injections, erythematous rash and fever; which strongly suggested Behcet's syndrome. The patient, however, reco ered from these symptoms when the drug therapy was stopped and given abundance of vegetables in the diet.
