軟口蓋麻痺の2症例

　I．緒言

　吾々は，最近，さしたる原因なしに而も比較的急激に現れて来た軟口蓋麻痺を，主訴として，吾々の外来を訪れた興味深い二症例を得たので，此処に其の一端を報告すると共に，それに些か，原因的考察を加え，嘗て問題とされた所の，軟口蓋と顔面神経との関係を再確認したのである。

Sugano and associates are in agreement with Nickl and Podvinec who maintain that the soft palate is provided with double inner vation. The authors' observations on two cases of paralysis of the soft palate are re-ported : causative factors are discussed.
