所謂バンチ氏症候群を呈する肝硬変症に併発した食道静脈瘤並びに気管支出血の1症例

　I．序言

　バンチ氏症候群・肝硬変症・門脈の狭窄や血栓等の疾患は，共通の所見として，門脈圧亢進症状を来たし，かかる時には，屡々，食道静脈瘤の形成をみ，吐血が起ることは，すでに知られていることであるが，同時に気管支出血がみられるということは珍らしいことと思う。

　私共は，最近，脾腫を主徴として，吐血・喀血を交互に繰り返えし，甚だ複雑な症状を示した症例に遭遇し，外科医と協力し，種々の検査結果並びに手術所見から病態が詳かになり，又，手術的治療を行い，一応良好な転帰をとるに至つたので，ここに報告し，諸賢の御批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

Takasu and Motai report a case of liver cirhosis that caused repeated hemoptosis and hemitemisis and sensations of abdominal ful-lness in a man, aged 31. Bunch's disease was suspected at first but further investigation revealed the true nature of the disease. Va-rices were found in the eosophagus and in the region of tracho-bronchial junction, from the two of which repeated hemorhage occur-red.
