耳症状を主とした緑色腫剖検例

　両急性乳様突起炎の症状を以つて来院し，手術的治療を加えたるも遂に不幸の転帰をとり，剖検により始めて緑色腫の診断をなし得た症例を経験したので報告する。

A girl aged 3 was found to be affected with chloroma. The patient was found to be af-fected with symptoms of acute mastoiditis on both sides, paralysis of left laryngeal ner-ve, exophthalmos and facial nerve paralysis. The blood picture showed myelogenous leuke-mia. The patient died in 2 months after the institution of treatment. Necropsy showed the entire internal organs to be affected with the tumor growths.
