下眼瞼より上顎洞に射込まれた空気銃弾の1例

　副鼻腔の異物の中では，上顎洞異物が比較的多いようであるが，洞がかたい骨壁で外界と隔てられている関係上，上顎洞に異物の入ることはやはり珍らしいと思われる。私達は最近，右下眼瞼より射込まれた空気銃弾が眼球を避け，眼窠を通過して右上顎洞鼻腔側壁に留つた1例を経験したので先人諸賢の報告に追加し御参考に供したいと思う。

　A man aged 25 was accidently shot by an air rifle, the shot piercing through the lower eyelid, the ocular fossa and was found lodging on the lateral nasal wall of the maxillary sinus. The shot was localized by inserting a sound through the course which it had taken and by fluroscopic examination. The removal was effected by Caldwell Luc operation.
