長年にわたり蝶形骨内に留つていた空気銃弾の症例

A PROLONGED LODGEMENT OF AIR-RIFLE SHOT IN THE SPHENOID BONE

　I．緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における空気銃弾異物の症例は過去にも幾多の報告があり，稀なものとは言い難い。最近，われわれは長年にわたり，蝶形骨内にとどまつていた空気銃弾の症例を経験したので報告するとともに若干の文献的考察を行なつた。

　A man, aged 38, was accidently shot by airrifle on the root of the nose and the bullet remained in its situation for the period of 3 years.

　The X-ray examination revealed the foreign body lodged in the midportion of the sphenoid bone. The foreign body was successfully removed through transseptal approach. The postoperative course was uneventful.
