篩骨洞及び鼻中隔異物（空気銃弾）の2症例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　耳鼻科領域における空気銃弾異物の症例は必らずしも稀なものではないが，我々は眼球を貫き後篩骨洞に留まつた例と，内眥部より射入し鼻中隔に嵌入した例の2症例を経験したので，その概要を述べ，あわせて文献的考察を試みたので報告する。

Two cases of injury caused by air-rifle shot is reported. In one case a woman, aged 38, was shot through the right eye ball and the bullet was found lodging in the posterior ethmoid cells. The patient lost her sight in the injured eye. In the other case a girl, aged 10, the shot of the air-rifle pierced the inner canthus of the left eye and lodged in the nasal septum. The literature was reviewed with reports of 47 similar cases of air-rifle shot injury that occurred in the realm of otol-aryngology.
