巨大上顎骨腫の1例

　序言

　副鼻腔に発生する良性腫瘍の中，骨腫，軟骨腫，繊維腫等は比較的稀である。

　余は上顎洞腔を殆んど充填し，汎く顴骨部，硬口蓋部に腫脹か及ぶ硬性骨腫の1例を得たので茲に報告し，諸賢の御参考に供すると共に御批判を乞わんとするものである。

Ichihara reports a case of osteoma of the maxilla in a man, aged 20. The lesion began with swelling of the cheek and the hard palate when the patient was at the age of 13. The tumor after the removal weighed 75. 1g and found to be the 2nd largest of simi-lar gr wths so far reported in the literature.
