レ線高圧撮影による咽頭扁桃の観察—第2報—アデノトミー前後のレ線像の変化について

　私は前報^1）に於て，レ線高圧側位撮影法が，幼小児の咽頭扁挑の観察に適していることを述べたが，今回更に，本撮影法によるレ線像が，咽頭扁桃肥大度判定にどれ程有効であるかを検討するため，アデノトミー前後のレ線所見と手術所見との比較を行い，この成績を基に，咽頭扁桃肥大度のレ線的分類を試みた。茲にその大要を報告し，御批判を仰ぎたい。

Koizumi attempts to make determination of the degree in which hypertrophy of laryngeal tonsils occur by means X-ray pictures. This work is the result of observations made on hypertrophic state of the adenoids by means of X-ray pictures and consequent changes that may be derived after adenoidotomy in the nasopharynx whith are also observed by simi-lar means.
