レ線高圧撮影による咽頭扁桃の観察—第1報—高圧側位撮影法について

　咽頭扁桃肥大の確認方法としては，前鼻鏡，後鼻鏡，指頭検査法等が一般に行われているが，幼小児では検査に対する嫌悪の為，或は同時に存在することの多い鼻・咽頭の分泌物や肥大等により，正確な所見を把握することは甚だ困難である。又レ線的検査では，単純撮影，造影剤の注入等による撮影が報告されたが，骨の重複像やコントラストの不足等のため，充分利用されずに今日に至つている。

　近年高圧撮影法が注目されてきたが，私共も最近，本撮影法により咽頭扁桃の観察を試み，ほぼ満足すべき結果を得ているので，茲にその概略を報告し，大方の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。なお今日迄の撮影例数は第1表の如く，3歳〜12歳迄167例である。

Koizumi and Furihata proposes a new me-thod of obtaining X-ray diagnosis of the con-ditions of the tonsils by using high tension current: the apparatus, the condition in whi-ch it may be employed, the relation of curre-nt tension to resulting X-ray picture, the di-rection of the ray in exposure, the position of the body and other points in regard to ob-taining a good exposure are discussed.
