副鼻腔結核症の治験例

　緒言

　副鼻腔の結核は極めて稀で臨床的に診断し得た症例は本邦にてはその文献を発見し得ない。重症結核末期の全身的合併症の一分症として重症結核患者の結核屍の副鼻腔に結核の証明されたものはそれ程稀有でないが，孤立性な副鼻腔結核を生前に診断されたものは極めて稀である。Gipson u. Prainによる文献に見られたもの26例とせられている。私は最近慢性副鼻腔炎の診断のもとに手術を行い，それが結核性副鼻腔炎であつた例を経験したので茲に報告して症例の追加としたい。

　Kamemoto reports a case of chronic sinusitis that was manifested by tuberculous cause. The diagnosis of the case was established by biopsy performed because of the onset of swelling and abcess formation of the cheek on the side which was recently operated with the intension of curing the existing chronic sinusitis. The case was brought to a complete cure by use streptomycin.
