止血剤コアネシンの血圧に及ぼす実験的研究

　緒言

　最近，止血剤としてDihydroxy-γ-(2-methylphenoxy) propane，Diox-o-C resoxy-propaneの混合液がCanecinの名の下に使用されている。

　この止血剤は血圧下降作用があり，時として患者に不快な副作用を呈する事がある。試みに猫を使用して，人体の使用量を猫体重に換算した量を静注した所，明らかにシヨツク血圧を示した。今回我々はこの製剤による血圧変動の状態を観察し又血圧下降による副作用を除くため，最近の血圧上昇剤Phenylepherineを種々の量に分けて猫に静注し，その血庄変動の状態を観察測定してみた。

　Hirano and associates present a study made on the use of coanesin, (dyhyroxy-γ-(-methylphenoxy) propane, dioxy-o-c resoxy propane), an agent that had come to the fore of recently for establishment of hemostasis. In cats it is found the agent is capable of causing the lowering of blood pressure.
