先天性後鼻腔閉鎖症，先天性側頸瘻及び先天性耳瘻を兼備せる稀有なる1例

　緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける畸型として，先天性後鼻腔閉鎖症，及び先天性側頸瘻は，稀に報告されているが，此等稀なる疾患が1例に共存し，更に両側性先天性耳瘻を兼備せる症例は，未だ文献史上その例に接しない。最近私は，此等三つの畸型の上に，後天性内耳性難聴を具有する1例に遭遇したので簡単乍ら此処に報告する。

10 yr. old boy in whose maternal side the consanguineous marriage was found has comp lained of progressive inner ear deafness. In this case, fistula auris congeita, atresia nasi posterior and fistula cerviealis aongenita were found accidentaly. About each of them, cli nical finding were reported and discussed.
