先天性耳瘻孔の根治法

　緒言

　我が国に於ける先天性耳瘻孔に関する最近の報告例は少なく，手術的な治療法に関する詳細な記載は行なわれてない。

　最近，感染を来した先天性耳瘻孔5例に対して手術的に瘻管摘出を行ない，容易に而も，何れも極めて短時日の内に瘢痕も貽さず根治し得たので著者の行なつた手術法につき報告する。

Five cases of infected congenital aural fi stulae were cured by single-staged operat-ion. In order to render the fistulous tract to be readily identified at the time of opera-tion instillation of piochtanin was carried out preoperatively daily for a period of 1 week and thereby, instillation of color indicators at the time of operation which would complicate matters by leakages and staining surrounding tissues un-necessarily, was obviated. The fistulous tracts treated in this way were easily identified and rendered the operation to be made with ease.
