先天性側頸瘻の3例

CONGENITAL CERVICAL FISTULA

　Ⅰ．緒言

　先天性頸部嚢腫あるいは瘻孔は，正中頸嚢腫（または正中頸瘻）および側頸嚢腫（または側頸瘻）の二種に区別される。前者はHisの甲状舌管の貽残に由来することはほぼ確定しているが後者の成因に関しては諸説があり，いまだ定説をみていないようである。

　わたくしは最近先天性側頸瘻の興味ある3症例を経験したのでそれらの大要を報告する。

Three cases of cervical fistula are reported. Microscopic study of the first case showed the contents of the fistula resembling quite closely structurally to the cartilagenous part of the ear and it was assumed that the fist-ula arose from the first brachial cleft. In the second case the fistula was located anteriorly to the ear lobe and it was recognized micro-scopically as a branchial cyst. In the third case the fistulous canal was found to be con-nected to the esophagus.
