　先天性側頸瘻，殊に完全側頸瘻は比較的稀で，文献を参照するに^1）-6），我国に於いては未だ数例の報告を見るに過ぎぬ樣である。著者は最近舌に内口を有する先天性完全側頸瘻の1例に遭遇したので簡単に報告する。

　MATSUO reports a caee of branchial cyst that showed a compiete pathway from its opening in the neck to that at the root of the tongue near the circumvalate papilla. Microscopic examination of the excised specimen showed presence of cebaceous and sweat. glands as well as hair follicles. This type of cysts are formed from incompletely closed branchial cleft and the present case presumably from the 2nd.
