食道異物摘出術に依ると思われる偶発症例に就て

　緒言

　私達は最近都南病院耳鼻科外来を訪れた生後1年7ヵ月の女子が遊戯中誤つて五円貨幣を嚥下し食道異物となり，同異物摘出後自然気胸を続発し，併ぜて頸部鎖骨窩上に皮下気腫を生じ一般状態重篤となつたが，漸次軽快し，約1ヵ月後全快した稀しい症例に遭遇したので茲に報告し，諸賢の御批判を仰ぎ度いと思う。

At one time during the progress of the disease the patient's condition appeared serious but it finally made a recovery without leaving any deleterious after-effects.
