圧迫により極度の視力障碍を起した術後性嚢腫の1例

　緒言

　1927年久保（猪）教授は慢性副鼻腔炎手術後の晩期合併症として術後性頬部嚢腫を発見されて以来，多数の症例が迫加されたが大抵は頬部腫張を主訴として外来を訪れるものが多く本症の如く頬部腫張軽度にして眼球突出及び視力障碍を訴えたものは珍らしいと思われるのでこゝに簡単に報告する次第である。

A man, aged 51, with a history of bila-teral radical antrostomy performed 25 years ago, showing symptom of exophthalmos, com-plained of poor vision of 15 months duration. Removal of the cyst restored his vision to nor-malcy.
