結膜皮樣腫を伴える耳翼畸形

　耳翼の畸形を有する患者が身体他部に畸形を伴うことは稀でない．結膜皮樣腫を件える耳翼畸形とくに剩耳に関しては眼科領域め報告が20例に近くあるに反し耳鼻科領域に於ては未だ1例の報告なきは頗る意外とする所である．之れは結膜皮樣腫ぱ直接視力障害を訴えるに反し剩耳等は外観上醜形を呈するの外聽力等に影響少なき為め，まづ視力障害をのぞかんため眼科を訪づれるものと思われる．余等は最近比較的広大なる結膜皮樣腫を伴える両側の剩耳と一側の先天性耳閉鎖症に遭遇したので，頗る興味あるものとしてこゝに報告するものである．

SUZUKI AND WAKAMATSU report a case of mal-formation of ear lobe which is accompanied by a dermoid cyst that occurred in the occular conjuctiva of, the right eye. A patient, man aged 19, com-plaining of visual disturoances, is found with three accessory auricles on the left side anteriorly to the ear, the size of which ranging from that of soy bean to a small red-bean. On the right side the ear was markedly micro-auricula of third deg-ree standing which was no more than the size of a thumb of an adult, having a shape in no way resembling a pina. The external aural canal of this side is completely occluded and two accessory auricles the size of a small red-bean are found to be situated before the point where the canal should be. On the occular conjunctiva of the right eye, externallp and inferiorly, is found a growth which is pinkish in colcr and flattened-out in appearance but definitely posessing outgrowths of fine hair which proved to be that of a dermoid.
