咽喉結核の緒型と肺結核との関係

　咽喉頭結核は大多数肺結核症の従属的疾患であると見做されておる限り，咽喉頭結核を診療する場合には，この両者の関係を充分に知る事は必要な事である．我々は過去4ケ年に亘り当研究所に入院した結核性疾患者（主として肺結核患者）1439名中，咽喉頭結核を合併しておつた142名（11．2％）に就て，其の咽喉頭局所々見，肺五線所見咽喉頭結核の発生機序，喀痰中の菌，及び肺結核各種療法と咽喉結核の関係等を検討した結果，概ね次ぎに述べる樣な見解を得たので，此処に発表して諸賢の御批判を乞う次第である．

AWADAGUCHI AND SUZUKI find 148 patients (11.2 per cent) afflicted with tuberculosis of lar-ynx and/or pharynx among 1439 patients (of whom the majoritx were affected with pulmonary tubercu-losis) admitted to the Institute of Tuberculosis Study in the past 4 years. They made notes on clinical symptoms, radiographic examinations of the chests, the mode of onset of laryngopharyngeal tuberculosis, results on sputum examinations and the relation between various methods of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and the mobidity in lary-ngo-pharyngeal tubercular affections.
