上顎洞前壁内に埋伏せる齒牙の1例

緒言

　上顎洞と上頣歯牙とは解剖学的に両者の位置近接し，その為両者に相関聯する臨床はDenker，金杉，久保及び岡田の諸氏を初めとして古来種々研究報告されている．然しその大部分は歯性上顎炎又は上顎洞内に歯牙の存在する症例で，上顎洞骨壁内にの存在する報告は未だ比較的少い．最近私は上顎洞前壁骨壁内に順生埋伏する歯牙の1症例を得たのでその大要を報告する．

　MISAWA reports a case of unerupted tooth found lodged in the anterior wall of the maxillary sinus. A man aged 19 was operated upon the tooth which was multi-articular and permanent in character was found and removed uneventfully during the course of operation. Incidence of ocourrence of supra-numerary sets of permanent teeth is very rarely reported in the literature.
