緒言
体位変化の第8腦神経に及ぼす影響に関しては比較的多数文献に見られるが,其の大多数は前庭神経に関するものであり.蝸牛殼神経に就いては殆んど見られない.体位変化從つて異常頭位の前庭神経へ及ぼす影響は,臨床的には眼球偏倚,向位反射,緊張性四肢反射,Lagenystagmus等として観察せられ,之に関する多数の研究が発表されて居る.然し乍ら蝸牛殼神経に関しては僅にUrbantschitsch, Jellinek,土井等の報告を見るのみである.
余は聽力正常なる者に於て,休位変化從つて異常頭位に於ける聽力の変化をWeber法,富田第1法(以下富田法と言う)を用い観察したので,茲に其の概要を報告し先輩諸賢の御批判を仰ぎ度いと思う.
Makita investigated for possible changes, of hearing function with postural change of the body. Thirty individuals who were normal in hearing were selected as means of the test; Weber and Tomita tests were used with the subiects in lateral recumbent position. The ma-jority of subjects showed hearing changes by shifting of Weber teast to one side when the body was maintained in the latter position. In author's opinion the change in the direction of Weber test is most likely caused by difference of resonance in the skull which in turn created by alteration of blood circulation in the left and right side of body when it is maintained in late-ral recumbent position.
