失音樂症々例—特にその家系に就て

　緒言

　1930年Feuchtwanger^（2）は脳出血並に脳血栓に原因せる失音樂症2例に就き詳細なる研究を行い爾來該症に於ける幾多の症例，研究報告（Döllken^（1），林^（3），Pötzl^（5），Jellinek^（4），Schilling^（6），Souques et Baruk^（7））を見る樣になつた．著者は最近当科を訪れた患者で運動性失音樂症と考えられる例を見，之に就き其家系を檢した所，遺傳的関係に於て興味あるものが見られたので茲に其概要を報告する．

　Ukida found in investigating familial background of a boy, 13 years of age, who complained inability to learn singing in spite of otherwise, sound, ordinary hearing of speach, other members of the family, both near and remote, similarly affected. The case resemoles Feuchtwanger's motor amusia, and should be considered at congenital affection.
