所謂副睾丸嚢腫について

ON SO-CALLED EPIDIDYMAL CYST

緒言

　副睾丸と，副睾丸及び睾丸附属器の嚢腫については精液腫，精液水腫，副睾丸嚢腫，精液嚢腫などの名称で，外国に於ては，Lyston （1843）が，我国に於ては，大野（1922）が，発表して以来，50余例が報告されているが，比較的稀なる疾患とされて居る。

　私は，最近所謂副睾丸嚢腫の4例を経験し，多少の知見を得たのでここに報告する。

The author experienced four cases of the epididymal cyst recently and reported adding literary considerations to them.In the so-called epididymal cyst, the author advocated that they are able to the classified, by whether there is spermatozoa or not in the contents of the cyst, the epididymal speamatic cyst and the epididymal cyst in a narrow sense.

Since Dr. Ono gave a name of spermatic cyst in 1922 in our country, it is counted over fifty cases up to the present.
