腎におけるHemangiopericytomaの1例

HEMANGIOPERICYTOMA OF THE KIDNEY

緒言

　Hemangiopericytomaはcapillary pericyteの存在するあらゆる部位より発生するが，腎におけるそれは極めて稀である。最近われわれは腎におけるHemangiopericytomaの1例を経験したので，その剖検所見と共に報告し，内外文献より集録し得た22例の本症につき若干の考察を行なつた。

A thirty-eight years old male was referred to our hospital with hematuria and left abdominal pain. Physical examination revealed left renal tumor. On March 2, 1977, left nephrectomy was performed. Histological examination showed hemangiopericytoma of the kidney. Postoperative irradiation (5, 000 rads) and chemotherapy (actinomycine D, vincristine and cyclophosphamide) were performed, however, the patient died 5 months after operation. To our knowledge this was 22 nd case of hemangiopericytoma of the kidney reported in the literature.
