We used fly-through (FT) imaging of three-dimensional MR Angiography (3D-MRA) with perspectivevolume rendering to delineate cerebral aneurysms. Four unruptured cerebral aneurysms discovered inciden-tally on MRA were delineated as FT images and compared with maximum intensity projection (MIP) im-ages. FT imaging was superior to MIP in the realistic representation of cerebral aneurysms from an extra-luminal point of view. FT imaging of 3D-MRA may be helpful for the spatial representation of an aneu-rysm, thereby improving diagnostic accuracy of MRA for cerebrovascular diseases.
