Bromocriptineにて治療中，脳室内出血を生じた下垂体腺腫の1例

Massive Intraventricular Hemorrhage from Prolactinoma during Bromocriptine Therapy:Case report

I．はじめに

　下垂体卒中では，出血が腫瘍外へ及んだ場合クモ膜下出血の型をとるものが多く^6,18），脳室内へ穿破するものは極めて稀とされている^{4,7,9,11,13）}．われわれは，Bro—mocriptine内服治療中のプロラクチン産生腫瘍からの出血が第三脳室へ穿破した1症例を経験したので，下垂体卒中発症前後のMRIより，下垂体卒中の発症機序と脳室内へ穿破した要因を文献的考察を加えて報告する．

We are reporting herein a case with massive in-traventricular hemorrhage secondary to prolactinoma, which initially extended into the suprasellar cistern but reduced in size after one year of hromocriptine therapy, resulting in intrasellar herniation. This is the 6th re-ported case of intraventricular hemorrhage from a pituitary adenoma. Neuroradiographic features are de-scribed in detail and the pertinent literature is reviewed.
