下位脳神経症状にて発症した前下小脳動脈動脈瘤の1例

Anterior Inferior Cerebellar Artery Aneurysm with a Sudden Onset of Caudal Cranial Nerve Symptoms

I．はじめに

　前下小脳動脈動脈瘤は，現在まで33例の報告があるが^{1-15,17-28,30）}，その大部分は内耳動脈分岐部に発生したものであり，内耳動脈分岐部以外の発生は稀である．今回われわれは，内耳動脈には関与せず，下位脳神経症状で発症した，前下小脳動脈動脈瘤の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

A case of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery aneurysm with a sudden onset of caudal cranial nerve symptoms was reported.

A 20-year-old female suffered from sudden onset of dysphagia and throat pain. Three days later, she was admitted to our hospital, suffering from sudden onset of headache, nausea, vomiting and consciousness dis-turbance.

On admission, consciousness disturbance, bilateral abducent nerve palsy, and left caudal cranial nerve pal-sy was observed. CT scan revealed a subarachnoid hemorrhage in the basal cisterns with the densest area in the left ambient cistern.
