妊娠に関連した脳出血—4症例報告と文献的考察

Intracranial Hemorrhage associated with Pregnancy: 4-case report and review of literature

I．はじめに

　妊娠，分娩，産褥期における母体の循環動態は特有の変化をきたすことが認められており，発生頻度としては少ないが，脳出血をきたすことがある．われわれの経験した妊娠に関連した脳出血の4症例を検討し，文献的考察を加え報告する．

Four cases of intracranial hemorrhage associated with pregnancy are reported. They were a rup-tured anterior communicating aneurysm, a ruptured AVM cf cerebellar hemisphere, a It-thalamic and putaminal hemorrhage and brain stem hemorrhage.

As the mode of hemorrhage, one case was a subarachnoid hemorrhage, one case was a subarach-noid hemorrhage combined with a cerebellar hemor-rhage and other two cases were intraparenchymal hemorrhage. The mean age of these 4 cases was 29.5 years of age from 25 to 35.
