乳児水頭症の大泉門圧—特に正常頭囲を有する未シャント水頭症例6例を中心とした検討

Fontanelle Pressure (ICP) in Infantile Hydrocephalus: Investigation of ICP in 6 cases of hydrocephalus with normal head circumference and without shunting operation

I．はじめに

　乳幼児水頭症には種々の髄液動態や形態（脳室）の変化が見られる，たとえば以前から問題となっているcompensated type,arrested type,slowly progressivetypeなどの水頭症例の判別にはまだ困難な点が数多い．今回はこれらを総括したかたちで，特に頭囲が正常の上限にあるため，一見，正常児と思われ，それが故に何らかの理由で未シャントのまま3-5年間follow-upされた水頭症6例を中心に，その予後と頭蓋内圧変動および脳室との相関を検討したので報告する．

Follow-up study on ICP was carried out in 6 casesof hydrocephalus within normal head circumferencefor 8-9 months after birth. There were no caseswith shunting operation.

Abnormal plateau-like wave was recorded in 2cases with myelomeningocele during follow-up period.In other cases of postemeningitic hydrocephalus,almost normal baseline pressure without abnormalpressure wave was recorded and all showed favorablemorbidity (function).
