頭蓋内悪性リンパ腫（リンパ肉腫型）の1例

A Case of Malignant Lymphoma (Lymphosarcomatous Type) of the Brain

Ⅰ．はじめに

　頭蓋内に発生する悪性リンパ腫の報告は比較的まれであったが，近年この腫瘍に対する諸家の認識が深まるにつれ，免疫学の観点からの関心も集めて，症例や基礎的研究の報告が増加してきている^18,29,32）．しかし，その発生，分類あるいは名称などに関してはなお議論が多く^3,10,29），今後症例や知見の累積の上に見解の整理が必要である．最近われわれは頭蓋内の悪性リンパ腫（リンパ肉腫型）の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えてその概要を報告する．

A relatively rare case of malignant lymphoma of the brain was reported.

A 64-year-old male was admitted to our hospital, October 2, 1976, complaining of right hemiparesis and expressive aphasia. Neurological and radiological examinations revealed a huge space-occupying lesion in the left frontoparietal region. An external decomressive surgery and biopsy were performed. The excised specimens was diagnosed as malignant lymphoma (lymphosarcoma type) histologically.
