脳動脈瘤と合併した慢性硬膜下血腫

Chronic Subdural Hematoma Associated with Intrecranial Aneurysm

I．はじめに

　慢性硬膜下血腫と脳動脈瘤との合併例には両者に因果関係のあるものと，偶然に合併したものとがあるが，いずれにしろ比較的稀なものである．われわれは最近慢性硬膜下血腫と合併した中大脳動脈皮質枝の仮性動脈瘤2例と，慢性硬膜下血腫に偶然合併したと思われる多発性動脈瘤1例，および前大脳動脈分岐部動脈動脈瘤1例とを経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Four cases of chronic subdural hematoma associated with intracranial aneurysm were reported. In two cases aneurysms were found at the peripheral portion of middle cerebral artery under the hematoma, and in other two cases aneurysms were found incidentally.

The causality was discussed about subdural hematoma and intracranial aneurysm especially false aneurysm found in the peripheral artery under the hematoma. Radical operation of intracerebral aneurysm associated with chronic subdural hematoma should be performed after angiography and CT scan regardless the rupture of the aneurysm.
