An unusual case of a craniocerebral penetrating wound was reported, in that a ten year-old girl was hit in the head by an iron ground peg with a nylon rope which was accidentally pull out of the ground and hurled up in the air, when the other children pull on the both ends of the rope. The iron ground peg, 1.5cm in diameter and 19cm in length with a whitely painted wooden holder, was driven in the head of the girl, travelling some seven meter in the air.
