眼窩穿通創による末梢性外傷性脳動脈瘤の1治験例

False Traumatic Aneurysm Secondary to Penetration of the Brain through Supraorbital Wound:Report of a Case

Ⅰ．はじめに

　最近外傷による末梢性脳動脈瘤発生の報告は次第に増加しているが^2,12,16），直接外力による脳動脈瘤の記載は極めて少ない．われわれは竹による眼窩穿通創で，前大脳動脈に仮性動脈瘤が発生した症例を経験し，治癒せしめることが出来たので報告し，若干の文献的考察を加えたい．

There has rarely been reported about a false aneurysm secondary to direct penetrating wound in the supraorbital region. This paper presents a case of traumatic false aneurysm of the frontopolar artery associated with the intracerebral hematoma.

The patient was a 47 years old wife of farmhouse. On September 13, 1976 she fell down from a ridge between rice-field and was impaled with a bomboo stick through the right upper orbital portion. Immediately after the accident, she removed herself a sharp piece of bamboo stick of 5 cm length. On the same day, she was admitted to our hospital.
